Let's Play Delaware runs October 20 to March 26.

Let’s Play is a Program run by USTA Delaware District staff at Delcastle Tennis Center to give entry level and returning players, ages 8 through adult, the opportunity to play indoors, at a reasonable cost, with similar levels, in a fun “Play to Learn” format. The program uses appropriate level transition balls to ensure player success due to the slower speed and lower bounce. Our classes are not geared to teach technique, but to give each participant a chance to hit lots of quality tennis balls.

Join in on the fun and come out to Let’s Play!

Let's Play Safetly Guidelines

  • Please stay home if you are not feeling well.
  • Masks are required, even during play.  Wearing masks on court is a guideline set by your local USTA, not by Delcastle Tennis Center. Because we have USTA programs in PA, where masks are mandated by the state, we have chosen to follow the same guidelines for our programs in DE. You may see players on other courts (non-USTA programs) not wearing masks
  • When you enter the lobby at Delcastle Tennis Center, please stop by the reception desk to have your temperature checked (this includes parents and spectators). If you have a temperature above 100.4, we will ask that you go home for the evening.
  • Prior to going onto the courts please sanitize your hands. There are sanitizer dispensers on the walls near the court entrance doors, as well as, on every court.
  • Once on the court, please deposit personal belongings along the edge of the court, at least 6 feet from other players belongings.
  • At the end of every class, please re-sanitize your hands.
  • Please limit spectators. Avoid bringing extra friends and family.
  • Players entering onto the tennis court are to locate and stand at a designated spot (marked with blue squares) as pre-determined by the coach.
  • Players are to remain at the designated spots until given further instruction.
  • When not actively playing on court, players will stand at designated spots as determined by the coach.
  • Each court will be limited to 6 players. Players will not rotate with players on neighboring courts.
  • Please cover your mouth if you sneeze or cough, and sanitize your hands immediately after.
