Philadelphia Clubs to Host the 2004 ITF World Senior Tennis Championships

If you couldn't make it to Wimbledon this year and thought you would have to wait another year, think again. Come enjoy the Wimbledon like atmosphere while competing along with the best in the 24th World Senior Tennis Championships in Philadelphia from September 13th-26th.

The ITF World Senior Tennis Championships is the largest international tennis event on the planet, by number of participants. With over 1000 players expected to enter, including many former Davis Cup, Federation Cup, and Wightman Cup players, it promises to be one of the most exciting ever! The event will be played on 68 grass and clay courts at Philadelphia, Germantown and Merion Cricket Clubs as well as Cynwyd and Upper Dublin Racquet Clubs.

In addition to the tennis tournament, the Philadelphia and Germantown Cricket Clubs are both celebrating their sesquicentennials. Come join the festivities and great grass court tennis at these special landmarks. Stadium tickets are available and general admission is free!
