Mixed Doubles Captains Meeting is September 7th.

The USTA MS Delaware District Mixed Doubles Captains Meeting is Wednesday, September 7th, at Thomas McKean High School. Check-in is at 6:30pm for team numbers and the meeting begins at 7pm. 3.5 Uber Smash is going to Nationals!

USTA Middle States hosted 18+ Sectionals competition in Princeton, NJ over the weekend. We are pleased to announce that the Delaware District will be represented at Nationals by the 3.5 Uber Smash, captained by Taya Dianna. Uber Smash went undefeated for the weekend to advance. Members of the team hail from four different states and include: Alison Moran, Andrea Napoli, Carole Crowe, Charlene Sun, Chishu Chang, Cindy Weick, Haiying Chen, Jessica Sun, Joann Martin, Karen Gilliland, Ekaterina Swearingen, Kori Isken, Lara Casey, Marcia Fry, Marcia Keld, Meredith Sutzko, Sarah Chang, Stef Benson, and Sue Perry. Tri-Level Leagues forming (Women and Men).

Looking for more tennis to play in the Fall? Tri-Level Leagues will start forming in August. This league plays 3 doubles courts each at a different level (3.5, 4.0 & 4.5), in the 18 & Over age group. Taya's US Open Bus Trip

Taya Dianna is hosting her annual US Open Bus Trip on Wednesday, August 31. There are approximately 20 seats open between the two buses that are going. WTT Summer Rec League

The 2016 WTT Summer Rec League is now open for individuals, partners and teams. Matches are played on weeknights at Banning Park. Teams are needed at 3.0, 3.5, 4.0 and 4.5 levels. A team consists of at least 2 men and 2 women, but may include up to 10 players. WTT is a fun, competitive team sport that encourages players to coach and cheer for teammates. The City of Newark offers a variety of tennis lessons for ages 5 through adult – Little Tennis, Parent/Child Tennis, Tennis with the Mayor, 10 and Under Tennis, and Beginner to Advanced lessons. Read More

Bellevue Tennis Center under new management.

Simon Peppiatt has taken over the reigns and plans to bring back Bellevue Tennis Center to its origins!! With a team that includes Jim Flesch and David Taylor, Simon feels that Bellevue will reach its potential over the next few years.
