The District Council (formerly known as the District Board) is responsible for carrying out the mission of the USTA through local development, delivery and support of tennis programs and players our defined geographic area of Delaware. USTA Tennis Officials Needed in Delaware.

Are you interested in becoming a USTA umpire or referee? It is a rewarding position in which to learn the rules of tennis and a great way to give back to the game. DD often has to go outside of the District to get umpires to work at play-offs and local tournaments. Training is required. Instructors needed for USTA's Tennis Delaware Summer Junior Lesson Program. The seven week program offers lessons for children ages 5 and up. Instructors should be able to provide their own transportation to and from the lesson sites and have a solid playing and lesson background.
